The property has two double bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds, bathroom, open-plan kitchen, large living room and outdoor space with jacuzzi.

The structure consists of two double bedrooms both with TV, plus another room with twin beds and the possibility to sleep two more people on the sofa-bed in the living room. Large kitchen and living room with TV; the kitchen is also equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, in addition to a full set of appliances. Outside we have a large garden with a jacuzzi for 6 people, table, barbecue and sun loungers. In addition, the house has air conditioning on both floors and mountain bikes are available for excursions. The village of Benabbio has the following services, all within about 400 metres from the house: Viviana’s convenience store, Marina’s newsagent/tobacconist/emporium, the 'Il Cavallino Bianco' restaurant, the L'Acquolina in bocca pizzeria and restaurant and the La Lucciola bar/club. The village is about 4 km from Bagni di Lucca, an area known for its hot springs, about 20 km from Collodi Park, 30 km from Lucca and approximately one hour from Pisa airport.

The village of Benabbio is part of the municipality of Bagni di Lucca and is located at 479 m above sea level. Benabbio is just 10 minutes from the main town and the road has beautiful views of the mountainous landscape with woods and forests. Benabbio has all the services you need with two restaurants, a club with events, a newsagents and tobacconist and a convenience store.

Bagni di Lucca Spa it’s an authentic and quiet oasis of positive energy located in the north of Tuscany, in the valley of river Lima. All-time favourites by families who chose us for the welcoming and cosy atmosphere, but this is not all. These baths used to be the preferred also by well-known persons like: Julius Caesar, Montesquieu, Paganini, Verdi, Strauss, Carducci e Montale; just to mention a few of those who used to enjoy the awesome effects of Bagni di Lucca spa waters.

Visiting Lucca means losing yourself in the narrow streets of one of the best-preserved old towns, walking along its famous walls, tasting the local cuisine in the many taverns and taking part in the many artistic and cultural events.

At Pinocchio Park you can rediscover the pleasure of playing in the company of the Blue Fairy and all the characters of the story! You will discover the excitement of the Puppet Theatre, you will play the Giant Instruments and admire the works of art depicting episodes from the story of Pinocchio. A concentrate of nature and emotions with the Mouth of the Great Shark, the little house of the Fairy, the Pirate Cave, the Policeman, the Serpent with the flaming tail and many others.
